One of our favourite ladiiies and stars of the Burlexe show is Rubyyy Jones the proud new owner of Burlique. Her latest enterprise is the fabulous new burlesque boutique in the heart of Camden.
The one and only Rubyyy Jones has launched her very own burlesque boutique, Burlique. With some able help from some of our other favourite people, Mr Mistress and Aurora Galore. Here’s Rubyyy with the lowdown…
“BURLIQUE was launched with two things in mind… A shopping spot for showfolks, and their fans. To build and perfect their glam looks and glitz lives and to create a homebase for a beautiful buzzing community. Burlesque, cabaret, variety and aficionados alike are welcome at our boutique, workshops and events.
“We carry a range of burlesque basics: pasties, tassels, gloves, loose glitter, balloons, big bling – the list goes on! We also carry a selection of gently used, fiercely loved showgirl costumes from some of the UK’s biggest stars: Jo “Goodtime Mama Jojo” King, Amber Topaz, Kitty Bang Bang and more. We even have a few amazing props for you ariel and circus show stoppers and our customising services can be the TLC your dusty prop needs!
