Mattel is releasing The Blonds Blond Diamond Barbie Doll this Christmas or as it’s being referred to, Drag Queen Barbie.

We don’t quite know why we’re sharing this with you except she looks fabulousssss.
She is created in collaboration with New York-based fashion designer/cross-dresser Phillipe Blond of the label The Blonds. Together with David Blond he has created looks for Beyoncé, Katy Perry and Jennifer Lopez.

Cathy Cline of Mattel said, “One of the great things about Barbie is that she continues to push the envelope. Barbie doesn’t worry about what other people think.”
We could say she doesn’t think at all because she’s a doll but we do echo the sentiment. Dressed in a dazzling dress, floor-length or… doll length fur coat, bling, fake eyelashes and a rouged pout, she’s certainly going to turn heads.
