Burlexe is a sensational London burlesque show inspired by the women who created the genre and perform the art and Emma Watson is no stranger to burlesque.
After her sexy stint in The Perks of Being a Wallflower and her controversial GQ cover this month, the former Harry Potter actress is set to make a splash in upcoming film, The Bling Ring. As The Sun was quick to point out, she even takes a spin on the pole.
Similarly to Spring Breakers, The Bling Ring follows the criminal behaviour of young people. Shock. A group of friends cyber stalk celebrities so that they can break into their homes and live like the rich and fabulous.
For the role, Emma Watson took pole dancing classes and told GQ, “I was incredibly ungraceful at first. The upper-body strength and the core strength you need to do it gracefully is crazy.
“I take my hat off to the women who can do it. You have to be incredibly strong.”
