Miss Indigo Blue Burlesque
Burlesque dancer, Miss Indigo Blue won Miss Exotic World 2011 at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in Las Vegas. She’s known for her nouveau burlesque skills as a soloist. She performs as part of the Emerald City All-Stars and the Atomic Bombshells.
She’s also headmistress of the Academy of Burlesque in Seattle and the creator of BurlyCon. There’s no end to the list of this burlesque performers dedication and achievements.
BurlyCon gives burlesque dancers from across the world the opportunity to attend classes and receive peer reviews for their burly-q works in progress. The yearly event is all about the burlesque performers.
There’s no audience and no final show. Instead the focus is on honing skills and networking with other feathery firecrackers. Its popularity and size is only growing. This alone is a testament to Miss Indigo Blue’s importance in the resurgence of burlesque.
