Margaret Tully is a former Las Vegas showgirl, who worked on one of the city’s longest-running productions, Jubilee! She tells us what burlesque is to her.
The now actress, Margaret Tully compares showgirls from different nations and eras in burlesque dancing. She starts with the Marlene Dietrich, 30s German showgirl.
Then moves to the beauty of the Parisian showgirl and peacocking finery of American burlesque dancers. In the end it all comes back to a celebration of womanhood. Awoman.
