Beauty Inspiration Makeup Looks

Here are some new tools to help you feel frickin’ fabulous in the way of some ah-may-zin’ beauty looks from the burlesque and beauty communities…

Keiko Lynn

Blogger, Keiko Lynn uses a bolder brow to mimic her vintage glasses’ frame. Though, she uses top eyeliner her eyeshadow tones are kept simple.

This allows the Urban Decay bold lipstick, in Temper FYI, to draw the eye. Plus the Vivetta shirt with a manicured collar is giving us serious old school Schiaparelli vibes. Love it.

Miss Bo

Blunt baby bangs are in in in and the perfect modern pinup hair inspiration as Croatian pinup, Miss Bo knows all too well. She has paired a classic makeup look with this contemporary twist.

She shows how to apply eyeliner perfectly and team it with a strong lip. This is a go-to fall essential.

Evelyn Fernandez Peraza

Likewise Cuban makeup lover, Evelyn Fernandez Peraza has gone for winged eyeliner and a sultry red lip. She, however, has leaned even further towards the space-age.

Silver hair and eyeshaow with more natural and full brows can give everyday some edge.

Ellen Frances

Makeup artist in the making, Ellen Frances has given us serious goals. Purple brows and some subtle sparkles with a touch of glitter eye makeup are added to our agenda.

Ash Clements

Australian makeup artist and body painter, Ash Clements makes some wonderfully outrageous creations. This twist on the everyday, however, is a must-try.

The eyeshadow idea of using silver to contrast a strong colour is left field but it works. Who said autumn couldn’t be vibrant.

Chassity

Disney punk and vlogger, Chassity works her blue hair with some loose curls. We can’t help but love the highlighting eye makeup either.

Bunny

Burlesque dancer, Bunny shows how a sweeping short fringe goes oh-so well with curls. A simple change for the ultimate day to night hair-do. Big eyelashes finish the look.

Guess

OK so this is a sneak peeks at Guess’ new advertisement but we can’t help loving the vintage vibes. This updo for long hair… Just… Yass!

Ida Ekman

Finnish makeup artist, Ida Ekman is based in Toronto and shares stunning alternative beauty looks. One of her characteristic techniques is freckling.

Plus the highlighting on the inner eye is matched to the lip. This compliments and adds a modern twist to smokey eye makeup.

Bre Poisonne

Canadian fire performer and aerialist, Bre Poisonne gets to play dress-up with some amazing outfits. Yet, this month it’s this wig and goth lipstick combo that caught our eye.

Crazy hair dye is all the rage but who can pick just one colour? We’ve been seeing some am-ah-zing wigs on the market and this is how to work IT!
