The best vintage shop in North London according to Grazia is Scarlet Rage Vintage so we hunted down the owner, Jade Stavri, to find out more.
Scarlet Rage Vintage
Business inspiration: Our business inspiration was to make true vintage affordable yet still fabulous.
Business owner background: My background is that I used to be a fashion editor and freelance stylist although I was probably born on a market stall!
Describe your business: Scarlet Rage Vintage is a shop that isn’t your average vintage shop. We colour coordinate our clothing and specialise in women’s vintage from the 1900s to the 1950s which includes some beautiful silk bras and knicks to 1930s Kimonos and of course wonderful gowns and day dresses.
Favourite products: Favourite products we have in our shop at the moment are some fab lucite handbags and also some beautiful wicca novelty bags then I have to say we have an amazing 1920s duck egg blue with pearlescent beadwork flappers dress.
Why should we come and see you? If you’re looking for a vintage shop that isn’t a jumble sale and the prices don’t want you to re-mortgage your house, then we’re the shop for you. If you want to be warmly welcomed and have a great shopping experience, we’re also your place to come. Plus we are the suppliers of nostalgia and have the best vintage stock for all your vintage needs and all at affordable prices.
